Kitchens
Fitted kitchens have cream painted wall units and cherry veneer base units, with a cream stone effect laminate worktop and upstand. Recessed low voltage down lighters to ceiling and pelmet lighting to wall units. The stainless steel single bowl sink comes with drainer and chrome mixer tap. There is a stainless steel Zanussi single oven and four ring gas hob with integrated extractor hood. Appliances include integrated Electrolux fridge/freezer*, Zanussi washer/dryer and Electrolux dishwasher. Smoke and heat detectors are provided.
Bathroom
Bathrooms feature white sanitaryware and back-to-wall WC with concealed Grohe cistern and the semi-inset basin has Grohe mixer taps. En suites have a shower with clear glass door, full height white tiling and Grohe shower valve. Gloss white ceramic wall tiles surround the bath. There is a walnut-effect counter top and recessed glass shelving. Recessed low voltage downlighter ceiling fittings come with a dimmer switch.
Decoration
Doors are white oak veneer with satin chrome ironmongery. There is barley white vinyl matt emulsion to all walls except kitchens and bathrooms, which have barley white vinyl silk, and white eggshell finish to skirtings and architraves.
Electrical
The lounge/diner, hall and bedrooms have slimline panel radiators with independent thermostat and timer controls. There are slimline white light switches and pendant lighting throughout. TV points are positioned to the lounge/diner and bedroom 1, and telephone points to the lounge/diner, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
Security
Internal communal doors have concealed self closers and apartment entrance doors have a three point locking system. There is a six-lever dead-lock main entrance door with audio/video entry phone system.
One parking space has been allocated to every apartment.
Customer care and NHBC 10-year warranty
We have a team of people specially trained and available to deal with Customer Service issues. Every apartment at The Old Baths also carries the NHBC warranty against structural defect for a 10-year period following the date of completion of your property.
