Bexleyheath is adorned with an abundance of trees and mature parkland, most notably Danson Park, which neighbours The Old Baths. This beautiful and well maintained former estate boasts formal gardens, the landscaping of which has been attributed to Capability Brown. The popular Danson Festival takes place here annually, attracting around 30,000 visitors. The park offers both fun and relaxation on your doorstep, with a 7.8-hectare lake, 11 football pitches, an expanse of woodland and the 18th Century architecture of Danson House.

There is a wealth of open space for you to choose from in Bexleyheath and the surrounding area, giving you the perfect sanctuary to escape to from the hustle and bustle of working life. Grassy getaways include Martens Grove Park, the 63-acre Hall Place and Gardens, Bexley Park and Bexleyheath Golf Course.
